What happens to your details

The message worksheet runs locally. Sending us an email is a separate action that you control.

Who is responsible

Junglemysteryparcel Ltd, 9 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JE, United Kingdom, company no. 14638592, is responsible for personal information processed for this website and its editorial correspondence. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

When you browse

Our page code contains no analytics, advertising trackers, third-party embeds or external font requests. Serving a website necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address, requested page and browser request details. Hosting and security services may process that information to deliver the site, investigate faults and protect against misuse. The purpose is reliable, secure operation, based on legitimate interests.

When you draft a message

The contact worksheet uses values entered into the page to generate a plain-text preview. It has no submission endpoint and does not send those values to us. Our script does not save draft fields to local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill or form-restoration features.

Choosing Copy message writes the generated text to your device’s clipboard if permission is available. Choosing Download message creates a text file on your device. You control those copies and should remove them from shared devices when appropriate. An email link opens your configured email application; it does not send automatically.

When you email us

If you send an email, we receive your address, message, any details you choose to include and ordinary email metadata. We use this information to respond, assess corrections and maintain relevant editorial records. Our basis is the legitimate interest of handling correspondence and maintaining accurate information. Please do not send sensitive health information, payment data or documents belonging to someone else.

Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry and retain necessary records. We review continued need and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required, subject to legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Service providers and external links

Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf as needed to operate these services. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. Where processing involves an international transfer, applicable data-protection safeguards are required.

Links to dairies, public bodies and specialist sources lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information or making a booking.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant supervisory authority.

Browser preference storage is explained on the Cookies page. If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here.
